Just a quick note that there seems to be a typo. The petits pots au chocolat recipe lists vanilla bean as an ingredient, but doesn’t say what to do with it. I presume it should be infused into the milk at the beginning, and removed before whisking the milk into the egg yolks? (at least, this is the basic method that I use for pastry cream, following recipes from http://www.bravetart.com) thanks for what looks to be a lovely site, I just discovered it and i’m looking forward to making my first recipe!
